Description

This is a fuel petcock rebuild kit for some Suzuki motorcycles.  Make sure you check your model and year in the compatibility chart.  Ask us if you don't know.
Don't waste your money on a crappy aftermarket replacement petcock that will be leaking in a year. You can replace the seals in your OEM petcock and have it perform like new again. This is a seal replacement kit for your OEM petcock.
It will include:
Mounting base gasket to your tank (#15 in pic)
Internal bowl gasket

Packing(4 hole) gasket

This kit is for the gaskets only.
Base gasket goes between the petcock base and the tank.  It is made of fuel proof Viton.
Bowl gasket goes between the screen and the bowl.
It is made of fuel proof Viton. The key to a successful installation on this gasket is not to over tighten. No more than 1/2 turn after firm contact is all you need.
Packing gasket goes behind the lever.
All gaskets should be lubricated before installation.
