Up for sale is a vintage toddler girls tunic dress by JCPenney.
Tagged a size 4. See measurements below.
White with yellow gingham trim and hem. Print of big bird and Cookie Monster on front.
Top has wear and is sold AS IS. Yellow marks on side of print as shown. Print is very faded and has white marks in it. All over wash wear and pilling to material. Small snag on front.
